Do you ship internationally?
Yes, an over estimated cost will be calculated at checkout. Any shipping overages will be refunded. You may contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
How will my order be sent?
Can I amend an existing order?
Items are handmade and made-to-order and as soon as we receive an order, we aim to start creating it. Once an order has been made, we are unable to make any amendments. Should you need to make any changes to a new order, email us at or telephone us on 07947 608 806 as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can to assist.
Can you provide a fabric sample?
We can provide you with fabric samples - just get in touch.
UK orders are dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail Signed For
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed / Tracked.
When can I expect to receive my delivery?
Items are handmade and made-to-order, and we aim to dispatch in 1-5 working days.
Once dispatched, our standard delivery times are approximately:
- UK: 1-3 working days
- EU: 5-10 working day
- US: 10-15 working days
- Worldwide: 10-20 working days
Please allow extra time around Christmas.
Can I request an item to be made from a different Harris Tweed from your store?
Yes! We are able to create any of our products using any of the Harris Tweeds we have in stock. Please use the contact us form stating the item and the Harris Tweed you would like. Please note: At busy times we are unable to offer this sevice, sorry.
How much is the postage going to cost me?
Postage is based on the weight & size of your order with UK postage starting from £2.50.
