Can you provide a fabric swatch / sample?

Yes swatches / samples are available to purchase from our website.

Can I amend an existing order?

Lampshades, Ceiling pendants & Cushion Covers are handmade and made-to-order and soon after we received an order, we aim to start creating it. Once we have started to create your order, we are unable to make any amendments. Should you need to make any changes to a new order, please telephone us on 01851 840706 / 07947 608806 or email us as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can to assist.

All other orders may be amended up to the point of dispatch.

How will my order be sent to me and how long does delivery take?
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS - Lampshades & Cushion Covers - We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. (November & December only - please allow 2-3 weeks before dispatch)

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS - We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

Orders are dispatched by either 1st class Royal Mail Signed For, Special Delivery or International Tracked/Signed.

You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, our standard delivery times are based on Royal Mail:

- UK: 1-3 working days
- EU: 5-10 working days
- US: 10-15 working days
- Rest of World: 10-20 working days

International orders can take longer if they are held up at customs.

Please note, deliveries over Bank Holidays and Christmas will take longer than the time advised due to postal delays.

The delivery cost is calculated by weight and size at the checkout.
